Experienced both good and bad service. Usually quite busy and well stocked. Free Health Check Station. Reasonably large store, but it doesn’t feel as bright, clean or fresh, as many other Priceline stores. Stains on chairs and several dirty air vents. Located near Coles $5 to witness signatures on statutory declarations. 🙁 Update. Since my above review, store now seems brighter and cleaner with new chairs. Still some dirty air vents
Today 21st of August I popped in PL Eastland to purchase a new brand of facial moisturiser, the brand I’d been using for years has been discontinued. Yes I know, first world problem, but with aging skin a problem all the same. A lovely young lady by the named of Beth approached me when I feeling bewildered by all the brand and began to help. The staff and pharmacists at the Eastland venue are always so wonderful and helpful. Being able to store my escripts in the app and pre-order them is also incredibly convenient. 10/10
I had an amazing experience with Julie. I’ve been struggling with eczema this winter and was searching for products to help soothe my skin. While other staff were engaged in conversation, Julie noticed I needed help and approached me without hesitation. She was incredibly detailed, kind, and genuinely caring in recommending products that suited my needs.
