Fantastic! Came here after a terrible experience at Priceline Wanneroo - blown away by how great the Priceline Joondalup store is! Staff are lovely, products are well stocked. Come here! It’s heaven!
Amazing customer service from Ella and Rav. Both put a lot of effort into helping with the products I needed to find.
I’ve had the worst experience in this store when i visited the shop during the weekend, extremely rude and unhelpful staff members. all of the staff members on the floor are useless and ignoring all customers because they were too busy chatting about inappropriate topics, laughing and judging customers specifically this staff member named Ella and there’s few other staff members on the floor that’s being useless chatting, i couldn’t exactly remember their names but i think their name is Bridie, Angelica and Lily. my main fru... read more
Our usual drugstore of choice and 9/10 we have great experiences but unfortunately today it was the opposite. I had asked where I could locate a certain skincare product and was met with nasty attitude and horrible looks from Ella. My sister had walked past the staff member and heard her belittling me for asking that question to another staff member.
