I popped in today and one of the staff — a lady with long dark hair who was meant to give me a hand — was pretty rude. Overall the staff didn’t really pay attention to customers and honestly weren’t helpful at all.
No help at all. Staff can be quite standoffish and rude to you when asking a question as chronically short staffed. Personally I will go elsewhere for my purchases as staff don't seem in a position to assist, normally shop at North Sydney where they are so helpful and kind they run rings around Penrith we won't go back.
Absolutely lovely staff great communication and customer service, made a purchase today and accidentally left my bag there and by the time I came back they put it behind the counter for me until I came back to retrieve it, Lara was especially helpful along with all the other staff members much appreciation for you all! Absolutely recommend shopping there!!!!
The service at this store is terrible, called someone from the back to help me, she went and started to someone else and wouldn’t stop talking about random stuff and when I asked her if she could help me she said just call someone else. I had been waiting for 15 minutes and then was told to just find someone else.
