Found throat lozenges marked down from $2.50 or so to 49 cents. A manager had to be called from afar to approve the purchase... which is both ridiculous and time-consuming for everybody. Staff were pleasant and were able to guide me to the items I wanted without delay. Much more calming layout than cramped and confusing Chemists Warehouse - all of them.

Don't go here if you want assistance. Staff paged 3 times for help and no one came. Gave up waiting and walked out. It wasn't busy and it's very disappointing. Will avoid shopping here at all costs.
