I had a really disappointing experience at Priceline Airport West on 4 July around 1–1:30 PM. My sister and I were looking at the charity lucky dip bags — gently feeling the sealed bags (not opening them) — when a staff member named April loudly yelled at us from behind the counter, accusing us of trying to open them. I attended the Priceline Airport West store on 10.01.25 & 11.01.25 & both times was assisted by your wonderful staff member named Sienna. She helped me with the Heart Health check process & was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was such a lovely young lady, so helpful, patient, kind & caring.
