Was shopping and couldn’t find one item reached out to one staff (young girl) replied saying she is going to break and they’re under- staffed. Left without shopping today-disappointed.
I went shopping last Saturday. One of the employees was unhappy and made a displeased face when I asked to pay separately because my friend had asked me to buy something and requested separate receipts. After checking the bill, she didn't even say thank you. Is it that difficult to pay separately? If you don't like customer service, then quit. I asked politely, but the employee was really rude and no manners.
I know its really hard to get really good customer service these days but found it appalling,
