On Sat 1/03/25 at around noon, I was in the checkout line at Priceline Carousel when a rude woman started yelling at me unprovoked. This continued for around 30 seconds, after which I explicitly asked the cashier Emily at the counter in front of me to do something about the situation, but Emily explicitly sided with the woman who was yelling at me first, and refused to say anything that would neutralize the situation. I came in on new years day 20 minutes before they close. Having worked in retail I understand this can be frustrating but I had come straight from work and knew what I was coming in for. Most staff were standoffish but when I walked past Ella she greeted me with a kind smile that made me feel comfortable to approach her so I could find the items i need and get out the store faster. We were assisted by Sarah at this Priceline branch. She was an absolute delight! Sarah was patient and happily answered our queries.. I informed the manager how pleased we were with Sarah’s service. She’s definitely an asset to this store. Which such service, we will definitely be coming back.
