We had our roof installed by Price’s Home Improvement, and our project manager was Forest Capelli. Forest was very knowledgeable from the start and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He clearly explained costs, handled communication with our insurance company, kept us informed, and even picked up paperwork himself. We just had our roof replaced and new gutters put on by Priceless. Our estimator Steve Johnston worked with us to submit the claim with our insurance company and dealt with all of the issues that went along with that on our behalf. He kept in regular contact with us and was always quick to respond if we reached out. We were in Ohio while our roof project was going on and Steve made sure things were well managed here. We recently had our roof replaced by Priceless Improvements and had an unbelievably seamless experience all the way with them! From initiating the claim process with the insurance to selecting the roofing material they were very helpful and responsive. The install was quicker then we anticipated with protection all the way around the house, followed by a really well cleanup at the end! We couldn’t ask for a better experience and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing needs!

Michael Pomeroy helped me get my roof replaced through insurance which I thought was going to be a huge headache, but Michael handled everything for me through out the entire process! New roof is gorgeous too, highly recommend!
