I can’t say enough great things about Priceless Home Improvement. After a storm caused significant damage to our main roof, pan roof, and fencing, we were overwhelmed—but John Mena and his entire team made the process smooth from start to finish. John went above and beyond, working directly with me and our HOA and handling all the necessary permits —guiding us, and being responsive and always answering all our questions. Priceless did a fantastic job on our roof, gutters and rescreening the pool enclosure. Clayton Thomas was the project manager, he is great with getting back to the client on any questions or concerns they may have and made sure everything proceeded smoothly with the project. We highly recommend Priceless Home Improvements.
John Mena my Rep did a fantastic job. The company itself I think was very dishonest on their pricing, my roof went from $27,000-$41,000 and they did fix some damage inside my house from the rain and they said it cost $7000 to fix, and they did not do anything but skim coat it and paint it. I know as a consumer stuff like that you can't control, but to lie to insurance company to get more money I don't think that's a very good practice that any company should do.
