Everyone was very detail oriented and efficient. I would especially like to thank Hector for going above and beyond with the sun roofs aesthetic on the inside. His kindness is greatly appreciated. Chris was great to communicate with throughout the process. All in all I would give them 50 stars if I could.
Jacob from Priceless Home Improvement was amazing! He inspected my roof, helped get it approved through insurance, and guided me through the whole process with so much care and knowledge. Truly resourceful and professional—highly recommend!
I have been a customer of this company in the past, but I can no longer support them after learning more about the culture and people they allow to represent their business. A manager at this company has expressed antisemitic views, which is deeply concerning and disturbing. As someone who values safety and inclusivity, I feel it is unacceptable for a business to have individuals in leadership positions who openly promote hatred towardJewishpeople.
Thomas Hamilton and Benjamin and there’s a couple other guys named Chris they are wonderful people they came to my house at 7 AM and they were done that evening they cleaned up. They did a very good job. I am very impressed. I will let everybody know about these people they’re the sweetest and kindest people and they call to make sure everything‘s OK so I’m so impressed with these people. These stars are for my salesman Matthew Burgess. While I was very frustrated with the company's process and delays (the storm was in October not finished with repairs until September) Matthew came by often and let me verbally abuse him. He would calm me down and reassured me it would be fine. We seem to have built a very nice friendship through it all.
