Worst car rental place, I booked them and a few hours after my booking was CONFIRMED they texted me saying that they had double booked and they didn’t have a car for me AND REFUSE to give me my money back. DO NOT USE THEM!

Please be careful with this company. They denied our rental because our flight was later than the rental time. The booking was through orbitz. We prepaid for the rental and when we showed up to get a shuttle they told us they gave our car away. They refuse to refund the money or give us another vehicle. Worst rental experience ever!

Very horrible I rented a car and called to see if I need to print the paper with confirmation or if I can just show her from my phone and the lady on the phone asked where I was traveling too then proceeded to tell me she was canceling my rental because I couldn’t take the car to the destination I was going to. She then proceeded to tell me how to message them about my refund. Which I just heard back they are not giving me a refund due to a no show which is weird considering the fact that she canceled my rental on her end.
