This company states unlimited miles on almost every website out there but when you get to the location, they limit you to 200 miles per day or $.55 a mile for every mile over so I am beyond pissed off because I rented a $44 car for one day and ended up paying $270 Total. I paid Priceline $44 and then whenever I got back, they charged me $225 so yes I am beyond pissed off. This is crooked. This place doesn't disclose a 200 mile cap on "unlimited mileage" and then charge .55 per mile charge until you return the vehicle. Bad business practices and greedy owner. Beware of this business.
Prompt courteous service from all of the staff . Had trouble with the first car , but got another car quickly with no problems at all.
Took a flight out from Illinois to Florida for vacation. Made a mistake by going to this company for a car. When we arrived, no car was there for us. We were told - “just because you have a reservation doesn’t mean you get a car”. The office was filthy and the staff incredibly rude. I knew right from the start these people were scammers.
