DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! After being told I could add a second driver at there Hollywood location two days later I got to the location only to be told they don't actually function as Priceless even though it's on their website. The person at the rental desk at LAX was wrong. When I called they asked for written evidence that the check-in attendant told me I could add the second person there. A plain disaster. From the way the service desk assisted me, to how they forced me to get both Liability and car insurance, when I was saying I already have it covered by my bank Card... I even wanted to cancel my car rental and they called me to call to the Support number if I wanted my money back. I spent 4 hours trying to get my money back, it was impossible.
