A plain disaster. From the way the service desk assisted me, to how they forced me to get both Liability and car insurance, when I was saying I already have it covered by my bank Card... I even wanted to cancel my car rental and they called me to call to the Support number if I wanted my money back. I spent 4 hours trying to get my money back, it was impossible.
