I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Priceless Rentals was honestly horrendous and I need to warn others. We had a confirmed booking, paid in full, and even got a payment receipt with a promised pickup time of 10 AM. But guess what? They didn’t give us the car until 12:45 PM — over two and a half hours late! Why? Because they overbooked. The online arrangement was different for me, but I was presented with a very nice car that helped myself and my family thru various tasks of life.
My experience with this company was TERRIBLE. No call center communication . I NEVER GOT A CAR! I had to go to another agency to get on the road for business. What a FIASCO!
