This was the worst experience. There were no employees at the front desk. When we finally found one, he was extremely rude. Very unhelpful. Wish I could give them a 0 star. Prepaid online, then was an additional $700 in mandatory fees. Zero options. DO NOT EVER USE THIS RENTAL (NO)SERVICE!
Avoid them, it is a scam. Stay away Once you book the car, they never accept any insurance you have. You have to buy only with them, it is + 40-50 USD per day in addition. If you refuse - you lost your prepayment. I booked with Expedia. Expedia also does nothing, only bla bla bla... we apologies, Had better avoid them, and not to trust Expedia too
Wow where to start, first our plane landed and for nearly an hour we waited for a shuttle from this place to show up, and when it did we only knew that the shuttle belonged to priceless by asking another shuttle driver. When we arrived at the location it looked more like a car repair shop than a car rental location. We had prepaid and only had a $30 payment to be made, well while we were doing the agreement this place added( was trying) to add another $200 dollars in fees.
