It is so refreshing to actually have a shop that you can totally count on. Mike and Rose are the two most honest shop owners I have ever known. Mike is very knowledgeable, efficient and fair and will go above and beyond if needed. Kudo's to both of them!
Called Mike to try to set up an appointment to get my transmission replaced, set up an appointment with him for today. He was so short with me and said "Be here Tuesday". He did not even get my name and number for the appointment. Called him back to tell him this and ask a question since I was about to spend over $2800, he said "don't try to rush me, I can't be pushed" "I'll have your car ready when it's ready".
