Unwelcoming experience. Usually when you go to a car dealership they are eager to attend you and eager to show you options based on what you are looking for. That is not the case with this place. As soon as I walked in they seemed too busy to help me and felt very unwelcoming. Senita and Mike were both great to work with! Helped find the perfect vehicle for our family! We brought outside financing in which some dealerships make you feel unwanted if you do and they didn’t! It was an easy, smooth process and we will definitely be back when we need our next vehicle!
Called twice to confirm if they had a car I wanted to see before I drove an hour to the dealership. The second call was right before I left just to be sure and was told again that it was there. When I got there they said it was at the other dealership and someone else was test driving it. They ended up purchasing it. Also they say they will send a confirmation text about what time your appointment is at and never got that until I called the second time. I bought somewhere else. Staff was nice though.
Very pleasent. Probably the best car buying experience I have had and I have had many.
