Very unhappy with last service call. Technician was close to 2hrs late; no follow up call to say they would be late. Need to realize that I have other commitments, and 2hrs late is unacceptable. If this happens again, I will be forced to cancel appointment and service going forward.
We've had the same service member (Paul) over twelve years, he provides valuable service, therefore, we trust in his professionalism.
I originally used Price for rodent control. I was so pleased by their service I signed up for pest and lawn control. All of the techs I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They make you feel like family.
