Was forced to use this company due to home warranty coverage. Called for a blocked drain which is covered under my warranty. There were 3 points of access were identified yet the workers chose to snake only one of them in which required me to physically move the washer and open the trap for them because they refused. BEWARE !!! Do your due diligence and read all of their HORRIBLE Reviews !!! American Home Shield assigned Price Right. The guy showed up and parked 100 yards away on the street way out past our long driveway.We saw him from our 2nd floor and knew he was here. We waited and he never came in. We opened the garage door and waited for him. He drove away and we called Price Right and they said he came to the door and knocked. If I could leave no stars I would. The plumber came and did not resolve my issue. Instructed he would return after I had the HVAC reviewed for condensation. When I called to arrange the next steps they claimed I had no leak and that was not the issue they were at my home to address. Yet there is still a leak and there is still water pooling in my ceiling. Horrible customer service and horrible follow up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***** IF YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY REFERS THEM DECLINE AND SELECT ANOTHER COMPANY Caleb was dispatched to my home today for plumbing repairs. The leak was discovered to be from the pipe connecting from the bottom of the toilet through the wall leading into my crawls space. Of course I had water traveling through out my downstairs and had someone come over to shut the water off. Beware of this company they will misdiagnosis a plumbing problem and then attempt to charge you when they did not fix original problem. Look elsewhere and if your warranty company uses them ask for a different company.

The customer service skills for their office employees, need to be adjusted. Attacking a customer verbally over the phone due to an error on their behalf is absolutely absurd. They lack serious professionalism and general customer service skills. The technicians were in and out in less than 10 minutes. This company was recommended by my home warranty company. I will be contacting them next to advise of the situation at hand. I do not recommend this company.

Rip Off, charging for stuff they shouldn't
