Nothing like being leased an apartment owned and managed by Price Realty with a kitchen that's flooded twice in three weeks and has rats living in the kitchen walls. The Monticello in Ft Worth has an unmanaged rat problem both inside units and outside on the property grounds. Be aware that your well-being and safety are not a priority to these folks.
This is obviously anonymous but the onsite staff and the regional manager will know who I am. My experience at Monticello in Fort Worth has been a nightmare to say the least. Maybe some people have a had a pleasant experience but I have not. I've been ignored, lied to, laughed at and bait and switched. The RM has done nothing but make excuses and offer fake apologies. This entity recently purchased the apartment complex I live at (Reserve on Kingsland) and the experience has been horrible. They did not notify residents of new management until July 10, 2025; however; attached a letter to my door on July 10, 2025, dated June 30, 2025. They also deleted the website and online payment portal and threatened evictions unless late fees were paid. This is due to the fact residents were not notified of new management or that online payment was removed. I guess this is how they do business.
