We could not have been more pleased. We were lucky enough to be assigned Katie Spear as our realtor. Katie was very accommodating and accessible throughout my home buying process. As a first time home buyer, she walked me through what to expect in a way that I could understand. She was happy to answer any of my questions and concerns. She made this process so much easier, and a lot less overwhelming for me. I would definitely recommend her in assisting with finding your perfect home, just as she did for me!
Our experience with Janice spainhauer was so compassionate and professional. Even tho we did not go through with the purchase and personally we’re not ready she proceeded with absolute commitment to us personally and professionally.
