I would give it negative 5 stars if I could. Charged my 96 lbs daughter for not lifting the stove top and cleaning underneath, not cleaning the wall above the tub where the wall meets the top of the tub fitter, also not clearing the inside of the dishwasher. Went far beyond a general cleaning in order to charge for professional cleaning. She has pictures of the before she moved in and after she moved out.
