I have had some frustrations along the way as we move through Probate. On Jan. 27 2026 the court approved payments and I was told by the staff at Price - let's call her "A" that "we should have everyone paid in two weeks". It is now March 19 and we are still waiting with no end in sight. The forms Price have submitted to okay withdrawing funds have been rejected by my count four times by the court. I have been involved in a Probate case that is taken 4 years now even after a judge pushing for them to handle it they did what the judge asked but now it is over 3 months and still not closed out. Update a year later the case is not resolved do not entrust this company with your important legal issues. You will be ignored I call get lots of promises no call backs no returned emails total negligence. I think it’s time to reach out to the court and ask a judge to get some answers and remove the executor
