Great customer service and very transparent with what work is being done to my car (videos). Everyone is very friendly and answers all my questions.
Jason and Vanessa are awesome! They are always friendly, helpful, and keep you updated throughout the entire service process. The shuttle driver and the whole service team are great as well. Everyone makes the experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you all!
Lindsey is ALWAYS so helpful and knowledgeable. I feel at ease with her. Also this time needed a ride to doc appt - and the gentleman that was the 'shuttle' driver was pleasant and helpful.. apologies for not getting his name (but Lindsey will know) - thanks again - and will def be back for service - as usual! Caroline
From my arrival to my departure, exactly at the time given for the work to be completed, every aspect of my service appointment was exemplary! Yay, Flow Kia!! 💪🏽
As always, a great experience. The staff is amazing and the service was on point.
