If I could give zero stars for the service center, I would. This is a very long post so hang tight. We have had our 2016 Kia Sedona for about 5 years and have had almost zero issues with it other than regular maintenance. Back at the end of July 2025, we were hearing a tapping noise when the engine was idling and while driving it was quieter, but still there.
