☆☆☆☆ I bought my car from this dealership, and not long after, it started having problems. When I went back looking for help, I was simply told that I needed to have purchased a warranty. Instead of standing behind the vehicle they sold me, they offered no meaningful assistance. The customer service was very disappointing, and it also seemed like the sales staff changed frequently, which didn’t give me much confidence in the dealership. Prompt service, personable staff, here today for a state inspection. I took the wait option, and used my time to get breakfast at TipTop, 2 doors up 250. Inspection and breakfast in just over ver an hour.
Horrible parts department hyundai quoted price on part said they had in stock and didn't was sent over to kia dealership as they had the part in stock get to the dealership and price is double of what was quoted for the exact same part recommend if your an aunt repair shop not to do business with this dealer
