I would avoid this dealership for service if possible. I have twice scheduled appts over the phone but when I arrived, they had no record of them being made. They were very nice about it which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. They also gave us a quote that was double what another mechanic charged in town for the same work. I am very happy with my Kias themselves though (not purchased at Flow).
Lindsay is on top of everything. She makes sure I am comfortable and explains the findings. The mechanic takes video while servicing my car and shows me what he has found. Great people
TLDR: do not use flow Kia, if I could give them 0/5 I would. Review: I had my transmission replaced by Flow Kia, initially they quoted me $3100 but this number ballooned to $4400, okay whatever. I received my car back, and the alignment was off degree 20 degrees to the right, so after removing the subframe and steering elements, they didn’t even bother to realign my car. I brought my car in at 7am for a 1pm appointment. The lady I talked to said I can pick it up at the end of the day and they chose at 6. I said I was off at 4 and would come by. I got there at 4 and the lady at the front had a stank attitude. I asked her about my car and she said they hadn’t even looked at it. I asked her how long it would take and she said she doesn’t know because she doesn’t know if they have the part. I purchased a Used Kia from another dealer out of the area that had some issues. Lindsey and her team stepped in and helped me get things resolved quickly and gave me the info I needed to get things resolved with the other dealer as well. It was an amazing experience. Kia Flow is now my go to for service for all my vehicles.
