I was able to drop car off after work the day before maintenance was to be done so I could get to work on time for a busy Thursday morning at work. Car was ready for pickup Thursday after work. Nice!
I have owned two kias and love them and the service department is very nice. Great staff and they have nice shuttle service that help work with your day and deliver you or pick you up. Very helpful and friendly staff and are now in a new building. They deserve it.
Outstanding service. I came in unannounced and Lindsey took me in, even though they had a busy schedule. In addition she gave me a discount. Lindsey is the best! The new renovated dealership is beautiful! Thank you Lindsey!
I was late due to detours and traffic. Front desk very polite, kind, helpful and said no problem and worked me in. Everyone helpful. Car serviced for overdue tuneup and Inspection with no issues. Recommendations given for what to expect and to watch for at next 6 month tune-up: Brakes and tires showing some wear but nothing significant at this time. I love my 2020 Kia Soul; best car yet and hope to be my last car! Thank you. Lyn
