I hired Price Family Air Duct Cleaners to clean the ducts at a residential rental property and their team left the property in worse shape than when they arrived. I would not have expected that a duct vent cleaning would cause dirt and debris to cover every surface of the tenant's home and belongings. Having the ducts cleaned should have kept the dirt contained to the cleaning apparatus. I can not in good conscious use this company again at any of our other properties, nor recommend their services.
I had a serious issue with my dryer vent being clogged and full of moisture, which made my clothes come out damp and left a musty smell in the laundry room. After calling Price Family Air Duct Cleaners, Brayden came out quickly, even on a weekend, to take care of the problem. He explained everything clearly, arrived right on time, and made sure all the lint and buildup was removed from the vent. My home is just 3 years old, but I decided it was a good idea to get the dryer vent inspected and cleaned. Brayden showed up right on time and got started right away. While working, he discovered the builder hadn’t properly connected the vent pipe inside the wall. Brayden fixed this by assembling and securing the pipe so it’s now safe and well-connected. On 10/26 I had someone come out to clean my air vent since my dryer wasn’t working properly. I already had my washer repair person out and he said it was the air vents. Price Family Air Duct Cleaners came out and about an hour of cleaning my vents, the tech said he had to replace a hose for an additional $60 so I said ok. He then proceeded to hand me a bill over $400 for the cleaning with a $20 admin fee (which he took off after I asked). I was really impressed with the air duct cleaning service for my rental properties in Madison. The vents were extremely dirty and the dryer vents were totally clogged. Tracy did a fantastic job and made sure not to skip any steps. Every vent cover was taken off, cleaned thoroughly, and put back perfectly. Tracy worked hard, going up and down three flights of stairs with all the equipment, and even got up on the roof without any issues.
