We have looked at 2 spots in Guthrie & got nothing but lies & no return phone calls. We found a place finally but no through them. The retail spot we looked at 6 months ago is still empty after we were told it was leased out. Ms Woods ignored phone calls. I don't understand why people would use this company unless you want your buildings empty all the time. Don't use this company at all.

Wondeful working with Sam and Dirk on purchasing a commercial property in Kingfisher. So helpful, and made the process so easy! Definitely recommend working with them whether purchasing or selling a property.

Called to inquire about checking out the roof on one of their properties. Liz that answered the phone was the nicest person and was so helpful. Keep her around. Good customer service.

We just had the pleasure of doing business with Dirk Erdoes and Sam Walter as our brokers on a 130-u multifamily transaction. This was the most difficult, complex deal we've worked on, and it doesn't get done without their efforts. Throughout the transaction they maintained A+ communication, skills possessed by only the top 1% brokers, patience, and grace under immense pressure. We'd give them 10 stars if we could. I've lived here 5 yrs everytime ive contacted price edwards I've never once gotten a returned call or email. Worst ran place ever!
