They run Avera living in Tulsa They won’t update their websites to be accurate and waste peoples time by allowing online scheduling for tours of properties and when you show up, they won’t even let you in the door and try to give you an application for a property you can’t even see. Very unprofessional and not worth the dollar they’re making off of people.
The New Page West apartments is a good complex. I have lived her for about 3 years now. The issue I have is they want to impose and force a "luxury" service with a $25 FEE involved for "trash valet" something made up. I am not lazy or uncaring not to take out my trash to the bins whom we pay the city for through the water, trash and sewer month fee. This yet another made up term to get more money out of people. This office is the place that manages River Glenn townhomes in Tulsa. That complex has been without hot water for 9 days now. Trying to push residents to move like one did this past month due to the fact the whole complex has had no hot water for the duration of the Arctic blast because it went out 3 days beforehand. You told the health department you were 'working on it', a week ago may I add. Rosha Wood is literally the best realtor I have ever worked with. As a real estate investor and homeowner, I've been a part of my share of transactions, and I've never seen someone as diligent, but also as kind and persistent as Rosha Wood. Can't recommend her enough. THE.BEST. If you don’t have Rosha, you don’t have the best.
We have looked at 2 spots in Guthrie & got nothing but lies & no return phone calls. We found a place finally but no through them. The retail spot we looked at 6 months ago is still empty after we were told it was leased out. Ms Woods ignored phone calls. I don't understand why people would use this company unless you want your buildings empty all the time. Don't use this company at all.
