I’ve lived in the area for 6years, this place has gone down hill as far as service. Cashiers don’t speak to you at all, just ring you up and say your total. The last time there the clerks just crumpled my receipt up and tossed in the garbage, they didn’t bother to ask if I wanted it. The products are ok, but if you are looking for customer service don’t expect much.
I have no choice but to give the lowest rating as it involves a "manager" (older male, bald on top) treating employees badly and yelling at them in front of customers. (Some of the employees are still in high school and someone's child for Christ's sake.) Getting yelled at is bad enough but when it is done in front of an audience.. wow. There are so many nice people that work there but the 3-4 bad eggs ruin the entire work culture.
