My husband went to purchase one of their market fresh pizzas and his only request was, he didn't want them to cook it. We have done this many times before but today they refused! You'd think with covid, they would understand I don't want them handling my food any more than needed. So sick of the inconsistency in that store and the attitude. My husband was literally asking them to do LESS work, and they refused! He walked out without buying anything. Terrible customer service! This was the Johnstown NY location.
I'm really disappointed with Price Chopper in Watertown, NY. I shop there and I have my prescriptions sent there. Today I needed an important prescription but I was too sick to drive to get it. I checked online and found that they would deliver for $5. So, I called the pharmacy. They told me that Watertown Price Chopper doesn't do this and that I could have it mailed out but that would not happen until next Tuesday, 4 days from now. RecommendedHow about a policy that states masks are mandatory before entering your stores. I counted 7 people walking around with no mask today who were also not social distancing. I went to Tops in Hannibal today. They require masks and everyone in the store was wearing them and social distancing. I guess when you have clear expectations people either follow the rules or the don’t get to shop. Why should the rest of us be exposed by those who don’t care about anyone else? Wake up Price Chopper.
There were people in Catskill store today with no masks. I asked two men in white shirts Why they were allowed to shop without masks. They responded that they could not refuse these customers. What is the policy in Catskill New York price chopper supermarkets regarding masks? The cashier who served me on my way out was understandably upset too! I was under the impression that New York State law requires masks to be worn in supermarkets.
on 4/26/20 at 2102hrs I was at a checkout line at your Keene PC. A husband and wife was ahead of us checking out. Your female cash attendant either doesn't care about simple standard basics of hygiene during a pandemic but I will not go to your super markets again and I recommend others not if Price Chopper and its associates do not practice good CDC guidelines on disinfecting and maintaining good hand cleaning practices. Endicott PC is not making sure people wear a mask during this time. They have one very rude cashier named Hilda on a Saturday evening who smashes your groceries since they dont bag them anymore and grunts at you. We went to shift manager about this and was pretty much told its not his problem and to call the store manager. This Brandon S then decides to open and help the 2 two girls behind us who have 3 items. Will be contacting J ason Doolittle who will probably do very little to make things better.
