maybe give your employees some advice on how to talk to customers. I just wanted to talk to someone in the seafood department but some how I got directed to the meat room where a guy got cocky and hung up on me instead of transferring me to someone who could help. he said well try again and hung up. I will take my business to tops and for my sea food I will go to cortland seafood. I won't ever go to price chopper in cortland again.
very nice store . expect the head butcher in the meat dept . he always has something else todo when you want a cut of meat .
This is by far my favorite grocery store to shop in. Clean, polite, not crowded with people, set up with plenty of room to shop not products jammed so close together. Grocery shopping is less stressful when I go here. Much better process and they even ask if you want someone to help you with your groceries to your car. Class act Price Chopper!
