RecommendedI think the deli attendant’s name was Hayden. Great staff member who was very knowledgeable offering different suggestions for cheese on my burgers tonight. Recommended Dietz and Watson’s steakhouse onion and horse radish cheddar. Delicious! Thanks for employing knowledgeable and friendly staff!

So, so disappointed in this store, ordered lobsters through the seafood dept, arrive for pickup and the young man at the counter says sorry your names not on the list and I can’t help you for an hour and half.

While exiting the store on Arsenal Street in Watertown we were happily returning our cart to the girl sanitizing them...and asked where to place it. She shrugged, completely annoyed at either us, her job...and made no verbalization. When she made no verbal response we left the cart and noted that apparently she didn't care. I Call the store to ask how much lobster were and the lady gave me the price over the phone so I drive there only to find out they don’t have any would have been nice if she told me this over the phone when I’m asking the price of them so I bought a rotisserie chicken and I get a home to find out that it’s not fully cooked still blood coming out of it So I called customer service and the lady is very rude to me! I will never return to this store ! Get a handle on yourselves and your attitudes
I'm really disappointed with Price Chopper in Watertown, NY. I shop there and I have my prescriptions sent there. Today I needed an important prescription but I was too sick to drive to get it. I checked online and found that they would deliver for $5. So, I called the pharmacy. They told me that Watertown Price Chopper doesn't do this and that I could have it mailed out but that would not happen until next Tuesday, 4 days from now. I give all of the North Country stores a 5+ ⭐️especially the managers who in each store show love and compassion to all of their customers. They pack groceries and bring them out to the car with such kindness. Even in the snow. The stores are clean. The meat is fresh. They will custom repack meats if need be for single people and older folks . The produce is fresh and lasts more then a few days. The stores are clean and the cashiers cheery 🥰
Open 24 hours, but there’s usually only one cashier and you can’t do self checkout
