Wow! Your dairy isle is closed off due to what I'm guessing is inventory? It's a Sunday at 2:30pm and your dairy isle is closed off!! If it is inventory do it not on store hours! What a joke!
You need to make sure your employees are properly educated about WIC. on top of that you need employees who dont get nasty attitudes when proven wrong who still insist they are right and make nasty comments about your customers under their breath when they walk away. I will be filing complaints with your corporate and the WIC vendor management.
Another horrible experience. Thiis time after waiting in line for over a half hour with $300 plus worth of groceries, the cashier said she was not waiting on anyone else and there were zero registers open other than her. When we asked who would check us out her response was "that's a good question" This store has been going downhill over the last couple of years and it definitely deserves to be closed.
My husband shops there a lot he has never had a problem with the your store till Tuesday he stoped at the deli and saw it was not vary sanitary they need to keep it a little cleaner then when he went to cash out at the easy check outs then he asked the attendant about his ticked he should of gotten for spending so much they told him he didn't spend enough I hide sixty dollars wasn't enough for a game ticket they more or less called him a lier Then there was the time when he was at the fast check out and he took extra money o... read more
Orderd a cake for sons birthday and they showed me a wonderful sponge bob cake from the book. But when I picked it up OMG!!!! Nothing like what they promised me. Very upset it looked like crap, frosting all messed up, and the toy did not work. I would of not bought it but I needed one then fir my son party. Never again will I go there again and order anything!!!!!
