I go to Price Chopper because they provide a good balance of selection and price. However, since the pandemic started, there is a high percentage of employees who wear their masks pulled down. Today (10/11) out of 4 cashiers, 2 were wearing their masks correctly. One of the them I have seen whenever I go there not wearing her mask over her nose. Endicott PC is not making sure people wear a mask during this time. They have one very rude cashier named Hilda on a Saturday evening who smashes your groceries since they dont bag them anymore and grunts at you. We went to shift manager about this and was pretty much told its not his problem and to call the store manager. This Brandon S then decides to open and help the 2 two girls behind us who have 3 items. Will be contacting J ason Doolittle who will probably do very little to make things better.

Your deli section is rude. Expect for the women who came from another section to help me the service was horrible.

I just wanted to share my experience with produce personnel and bakery. These employees are always friendly and helpful. They say hello, ask if you have found everything okay, even answer questions. The only other dept I notice this with is floral. I wish all dept. were like this. There is one specific guy who does carts as well who always goes out of his way to thank you for returning a cart and says have a nice day, enjoy your weekend. The pre-packaged meals are excellent. I had the meatloaf/mashed potatoes/mixed vegetables ($4.99) for lunch and then the tilapia/rice/mixed vegetables ($5.99) for dinner. Good portions, fresh, tasty. Nice job.
Your website FINALLY doesn't change my store to one far away. But I have Spectrum's supposedly super fast internet and it takes FOREVER for parts of your weekly flyer to load. If WAIT till one section FINALLY loads I have to go back to ALL DEPARTMENTS to pick another section or look through section after section of items I don't want. You and Weis changed your ads around the same time to the same format & whatever company you're using is a dud imho.
