i just bought the stesks on sale, my children were here for dinner. my hod..the toughest meat I have ever eaten..
I figured that on my way to work I could pick up a few items. I walked into the store at 8:05 and realized their was one cashier and a line of 5 people and some with over 20 items. Unfortunately the self checkout lanes were not open, so I headed over to Hannaford's where while their was only one lane open, all four of their self checkouts were open. I used to think that Price Chopper would be the place with better early morning customer service, guess I'm wrong.
Okay I love Price Chopper but once again to have only 1 register open that takes more than 15 items at 6:45 pm is just ridiculous. The line to cash out went from the aisle 8 to 5. People were walking out. Please ask staff to come up from other departments to cash out. The self serve lines were full too. The goal of any business should be to help people and cash them out.
To have one register open only to people with 15 items or fewer seems a bit ridiculous, especially when the self check-out is the only other option and doesn’t work well.
They are no way cheaper then any other store. Why r they called Price Chopper!!! There at least 3 to 4 times a week because close by. They must lower their prices
