I have 20 years going to this branch... today I have my worst experience here... ok, I told to the cashier .... to take $10 cash out of a $20 bill, then put the rest on my card... oh boy ... that was not possible she told me , she had to do the card first. then the card, she ended up doing all of the money to the card, long story short ask for manager. and here is when it got interesting since she pretty much said nothing to do and blamed me for it, when I ask to void the transaction. it took.her like forever (long time almo... read more

Wanted to purchase something from the deli and was ignored. Work right up the street so it's convenient to pick up lunch. Or it used to be. Won't be back.

Everytime I go there deli fried chicken they are out. Went there at 5:30 and they wanted me to wait 20 minutes while they cooked it. Did this last time and the wait was over half an hour. Poor deli if you can't have the food ready at dinner time. Never again

The produce dept is very nice and organized and clean and Frank is I great produce manager and all the employee are very kind so much nicer than the employee at the new south store there employee lack the knowledge of merchandise and not near as courteous. I like shopping on the north side but live right by the south store good job guys.

So ready for the Grain Valley location to open...hoping they have hired competent people. Nothing like buying $150 worth of groceries to come home and try to pick up a sack that is loaded with every can item I bought in one sack, the bag rips and they all end up all over the garage and dented! Grrr...have had so many instances when the kids sacking are completely incompetent or just don’t care! Hate Hyvee but their sacking abilities FAR surpass Price Choppers!

Nice store, good layout, but the kitchen staff are still in development. I ordered a twice baked potato ala carte, but the clerk failed to tell me I had to heat it up in the microwave. That's kind of an important detail.
