Training and or communication between staff members is a little shaky. I have a neighbor that is difficult to deal with. As excavation was being preformed the soil was placed against the neighbors house on a tarp. They had not received permission from the neighbor first. The situation was resolved after some time and moving siol and attempts to appease the neighbor. The whole project got pushed out a week. Price Busters did good work quickly, replacing an old garbage disposal that started to leak, and a sump pump older than it's safe lifetime. Their prices were fair market value. Michael explained options and process very clearly, and even fixed a long-standing shower handle problem other plumbers shrugged their shoulders at - at no extra charge. We will use them next time we have a plumbing need.

Ben and Logan came out on a job and did an excellent job exploring our drain lines, throughly explained everything, and came up with a mitigation plan. Can’t recommend Ben and Logan and the team at Price Busters enough.
