I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set on 07/05/19. Upon the purchase within a month I experienced issues with the washer machine not completing cycles. I experienced an increase in my water and gas bill since I purchased these items. Several occasions I called Price Buster and they took my washer to be fixed but each time it was never properly fix. I purchased a refrigerator that just did not work properly. They tried to repair 3 times. Frustrated I ask my appliance tech to check it out and he said it was not worth fixing to replace it. I tried calling the store several times and the owner nor his staff is responding to my calls. The warranty is worthless and so is the service. Will never do business or recommend this company again!
We have many rental property and have used Price Buster Appliance since 2012. Always helpful and courteous. But not this time. The staff (I do not know his name)is not friendly and attitude is not good. I will never do business with this store again.
Worst place to buy! there fast to take your money but to refund or fix with the warranty they offer had my mini fridge for over a month there untill tjey decided it was unfixable then offerd me a refund then said there credit card system is different so they cant refund through card that they will send a check now its been over 2 1/2 months and they still havent gave me my money!! Worst place ever!!! I got a washer fixed and went to pick it up. They could not tell me what was wrong!! If I had it fix I want to know what was wrong so I know it was fix!!! But no they threw a hissy fit about it and just wanna say it's fix! Worst customer service ever!!! I will never do business there again!!!!!! My mother in law purchased a refrigerator from this store as a gift and it started messing up from day one. The ice maker wouldn't make any ice in the beginning and then it just stopped working completely. We brought it back where they supposedly "fixed it" but then it couldn't stop making ice and kept spilling everywhere. Took it back for one final time and it just stopped working overall. Wish i didnt have to leave even one star sorry outfit they wont honor their warranty so beware or find someone else. Bought the dryer in Febuary, they advertise dryers for 100.00 and up what a joke went in cash in hand cheapest dryer they had was 160.00 so i got it it came with a one year warranty well on April 23rd of this year it broke down. I bought my refrigerator there at a great price. a year later it was not cooling and i called a appliance repair company to come look at it they charged me 75$ and told me it was not repairable(bunch of lies). I went to price buster to inquire about a new refrigerator. In the end they repaired my refrigerator and gave me a loaner while they waited on the part.
