I worked with Price Builders for a Junior ADU (JADU) project for our home in Golden Hill in 2022 and had such a good experience I chose them to build a JADU again when we moved to Escondido in 2023. I hired Price builders to build an ADU studio on the back of my property, about 550 ft.². From beginning to end, they were super professional and did an amazing job. Leo is a very honest, no BS guy, which I appreciated because I tend to get decision fatigue and he helped me resolve any issues that came up. He also worked with me to cut some costs to offset some of the extras I ended up getting. I highly recommend this company if you want an experienced team with high-quality workmanship.

We contracted with Price Builders last year to build a Granny Flat (~800 sq ft) located on the side and front of our property. We had used a designer/architect from another firm who made the initial drawings. We met with to several builders to get preliminary estimates for duration and price of the build. We are so very happy we selected Leo at Price Builders! Leo and Einat were able to resolve some of the “other” designer's mistakes and redesigned the bathroom to use the limited space much better.
