We contracted with Price Builders last year to build a Granny Flat (~800 sq ft) located on the side and front of our property. We had used a designer/architect from another firm who made the initial drawings. We met with to several builders to get preliminary estimates for duration and price of the build. We are so very happy we selected Leo at Price Builders! Leo and Einat were able to resolve some of the “other” designer's mistakes and redesigned the bathroom to use the limited space much better. Used Price Builders to complete our 1300 sq ft addition and remodel a couple of years ago and I cannot say enough about Leo and his team. They were professional, courteous, respectful, responsive, and completed our project on time as promised.
