They took over arium apartments a few months ago and I have had nothing but problems ever since. The girls in the leasing office are rude and condescending when you need help. I hate having to deal with them. I have a valet trash subscription And apparently I can only take my trash out to my front door from the hours of 5-7 and I work from 11-7:30, tried to cancel it and they won’t let me. Overland Park, KS I have lived in one of their apartment complexes for the past year and have a shit storm of complaints regarding repairs still waiting to be completed dating back to January 2017. There is possible mold growth from continuous rainfall drainage in my basement, exposed and potentially hazardous insulation dangling from the ceiling by packing tape, a mounting electric bill from poorly maintained HVAC unit, cracks in my walls/ceiling, roaches visiting me for coffee on the patio and who knows what else going on ... read more
Claiborne Apartments Grand Prairie TX I usually overlook the issue or situation, but this I could not let go on and I usually do not write reviews but I believe if someone wants to truth, here it is. I would not recommend this particular apartment complex to anyone, they don't even deserve a rating of one. Currently my kids who live in Wind River Lodge Apts in Lenexa have termites boring through the wall in the bathroom. The management said they cannot do anything. The maintenance said nothing can be done till Monday and it's Saturday. If this was you or your kids would you like this to be happening to them. Their bathroom is so infested that they are crawling out into the carpet in the hall. They are coming out of holes and guess what your management told them to do? I live at the Avignon apartments and it is about 3 am and a snow removal vendor had started scraping the driveways in the complex. There is a metal plow being dropped on the concrete driveways and pulled. I put in ear plugs and the horrible sound is still loud enough to keep me awake.
