Living at the Coventry Oaks property has been an adventure, and not a good one. Price Brothers minimally or only superficially repairs problems, they don't hire for quality or lasting repair work. Concerns such as, roof leaks, faulty gutter system, wood rot, entry door glass breakage never replaced, breezeway stairs that are filthy with stains are ignored. I don't plan to live in another Price Brothers managed property ever again.
Thoroughly enjoyed the barbecue pool party and look forward to next year's also period
