Tldr: I have lived at a Price Brothers apartment complex (Wynnewood Farms) for over three years and while most things have not been an issue, when my car was damaged by the lawn crew hired by the complex, it was handled with dishonesty and dismissed. If Price Brother's goal is truly "To provide a superior living experience for our residents," they may need to remind this to Cloverset. Michael, per his own admission, only calls back residents if it's an emergency. But, Sally keeps sharing that, "Michael will call you back." Over and over, no one returns calls. One star because the interior of the apartment is nice but the quality of the apartment exterior and sometimes getting staff help is trash. If you need help as it pertains to a complaint, good luck.. but the person that you complained on gets listened to and a slap on the back. The Ovation at Lewisville is a joke. They don’t care about their residents, all they care about is rent being paid on time and that’s the only time they are on you.
