If I could give it -1 I would. I pay 1,300 for rent and nothing can get fixed in a timely manner. And when maintenance comes out they always have an attitude. Old apartments, mold, heater goes up in smoke and ac doesn’t work. And they act like it’s no biggie. Been 80 degrees in my apartment for two days and spoke to the office. Apparently it’s not an emergency. So if you like to breathe in mold and freeze in the winter and sweat in the summer while paying over price for an old roof over your head. This is the place for you.
You did not take residents privacy seriously when you gave flex residents emails without consent. I keep receiving emails from Flexible Finance Brokering, Inc., 228 Park Ave S #75995 New York, NY 10003-1502 . which without my consent my email was given out. I will be filing a complaint. I never agreed when I signed my lease to have my information given out to 3rd party financing companies . The emails include the price brothers property name.
Price Brothers does not care about residents, continuously upselling and false advertising what’s on the market. Look at your properties and consider the price. Most are outdated, don’t have new appliances or better yet where I’m located StoneBriar Woods roofs are falling apart, rotten wood, siding. Horrible maintenance (Don’t know how to do a job) don’t even get me started on management. This place is awesome! Good managers and good maintenance people! I've noticed a girl parking in one of they're spots. They need to tow that car. Other than that this place is cool!
