I have lived at Sheridan Ridge for 2 years, we have had zero issues until we wanted to move out. Office staff is very unprofessional, the manager directed an employee to reach out to my residence via personal phone number about renewing (manager assumed we were friends with employee). We messaged back stating we are touring homes, indicating we are planning to move out. Worst property management place I have come across. Felt like I was lied to on repairing items and the Place rented and an excessive deposit. Then they sell the community property I'm in within 45 days of me getting into my place.
I submitted two forms to receive a call or email back and also left a voicemail, about a serious lease issue regarding my rights to privacy i an AI world. No one got back to me. In the past when I had issues two other times (maintenance related) someone got in touch with me within a few hours of submitting a single form on their website, so this absolutely feels deliberate that I am being ignored.
