Horrible experience lack of communication throughout the entire process. Only for me to have to call a handful of times to see what’s going on with the case. Only for them to then tell me that they can’t assist me further because it’s a word of mouth! Between the two insurance companies. WTH I’m so upset. I could’ve just went through my insurance, now I’m lost as to if I will be responsible for fees. I’m already out of $1k deductible I had to pay to get my car repaired.
