Under no circumstances should you rent from them. The landlord has been doing shitty preventative maintenance because he doesn’t want to spend money. He wants to leave it all for the future people who buy the units when it goes condo. Those people are going to get stuck with a huge assessment. I lived there for a number of years and the last straw was no hot water for 7 days straight. Once again, DO NOT RENT here or anywhere else owned and managed by Priam Properties and/or the Kolkmeyer’s.
