I used Perez Handyman and they showed up on time and did a good job. My original estimate did go up due to structural issues, but Mr. Perez fixed them and a couple of other things. I would use him again for my rental property.

Perez is a ripoff. For him to not be licensed, he charges over triple of what a licensed person would. He gave me an estimate for a job, that was way over triple of what the job actually ended up costing through someone else. He overpriced the materials and the labor, and I would never hire him or refer him to anyone. I had to choose a 1 star because 0 wasn't available.
