Love them. Welcoming, usually timely. I feel like they genuinely care about their customers. I feel safe with them
Long wait times are the norm. Took my middle schooler in for consult to get braces. Our first appointment, my wife, son and I waited for 70 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. Many apologies by the staff. Still, that is too long. Second appointment (for xrays and mouth mold) with my son and I; waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time to be seen.
