This is only after walking through an almost completely framed house on S. State St. Raleigh. I framed houses for five years 98-03 in WA, been working in construction since 95', so almost 30 years. I know NC has MUCH lower standards for building BUT... And yes I have been studying for my house inspection license. I found around 25 framing deficiency in this house.
