If you have narrowed down your choice of houses to purchase, this is a no brainer to use Prevu. Worked with Cyndy at Prevu to purchase a new house in WA state and she was very efficient and easy to work with. All the appointments and correspondances were handled quickly and professionaly. Highly recommend, especailly with the nice rebate check coming back to you after the purchase of the house.

Holy cow. This was EXACTLY what we wanted. My husband and I are very self-sufficient people - we knew what we wanted, what would work, etc. We wanted to work with someone who would not breathe down our necks, who respected that we were the experts on our own needs, but who also would help us where our knowledge failed (ie finalizing offers, negotiations, etc). Excellent service and will be using my realtor again when I need help in the future.
