We had a fantastic experience with Prevu over a period of years (!) of looking before eventually purchasing. It is honestly much more effective to have a highly competent remote broker setting up viewings/offers/applications etc, as opposed to an incompetent warm body that follows you around to viewings. Our agent, Prakash, was very helpful with the complex NYC co-op application process, and coordinating with the seller. The rebate is the cherry on top of the whole Prevu model, highly recommended.

Todd is the best real estate broker one can ever ask for! His sense of professionalism is surreal - knowledge of the market, thoughtful, considerate, and always responsive. I had a great experience working with Todd and he is always supportive throughout the process. Not to mention, Zillow/Streeteasy was very difficult to use. Prevu’s website is much more user friendly - much easier to filter through and keep track of listings, it really made my life a lot easier. Not to mention, the smart buyer rebate program is amazing!

We are first time home owners and I was very happy to be working with Prevu. Getting a rebate was quick and easy. And not only do you save money with a rebate, but the service was also fantastic. We really liked Todd and he answered all our questions. Todd was friendly, reliable, and constantly checked on us through the process. I would 100% use Prevu again if I were to buy another property.

Very smooth, very good experience. The buyer rebate is of course the selling point, but despite giving the big rebate the service we received from Prevu and Alan, our agent, was excellent. No difference to other agents I have worked with in the past and who didn't give the rebate.

I had a really good experience with Prevu—no BS, focused on success, and straight to the point. My agent, Edwin Marchan, made sure I got the best deal possible. He demonstrated his negotiation skills, understood the situation, and knew how to get the best out of it. Then, he guided me through the home-buying process and helped me address the issues that occurred along the way due to several external factors.
