Holy cow. This was EXACTLY what we wanted. My husband and I are very self-sufficient people - we knew what we wanted, what would work, etc. We wanted to work with someone who would not breathe down our necks, who respected that we were the experts on our own needs, but who also would help us where our knowledge failed (ie finalizing offers, negotiations, etc).
