I’m disabled with an Ostomy bag and am in a lot of pain. My family doctor at Preventous wouldn’t consider adjusting my pain meds, he told me I can either take antidepressants or see a psychiatrist for my skin pain. Eventually after enough complaining they told me to go to the hospital. I went to my pharmacist I’ve worked closely with for years instead. We decided to leave this clinic after one year. My husband had three doctors within that time and I’ve had two. My daughter was given a nurse practitioner yet charged the same fees as you would be for a physician. There’s no consistency, the doctors don’t know you when you go in or even read through your medical chart from my experience. I feel like they are very focussed on the monetary side of the business instead of the medical side. I do not recommend!
