They say that Vegas doesn't have termites. Well we found out that is wrong. We contacted William (Termite Division Manager) at Preventive Pest Control. He came out to the house and did a thorough inspection in the crawl space and confirmed there were termites. He was very cordial and exceptionally knowledgeable. Highly Recommend! Junior with Preventive Pest has been servicing my home since I purchased it last year. Green Valley has a roof rat problem and the desert has a mice problem. I haven't seen a mouse since I moved in, and rat sitings (in the trees) are few and far between. I have never seen a roach or cricket inside or outside my home and only one spider in a year. they sell the service, money back guarantee , i told the guy sell this to me. i don't mind pay for the service, but i want the water roach and ants gone. well they got the roach gone this is good, but the ants still there and more coming. i told them twice, and not working, i cancel the service and they want 207.00 for cancel the contract. this is a bad company. i called terminix and they lay pepper like powder and ants is gone. i would not use them and tell my customers about it.
"It's curious, and almost seems to be scam. Sign someone up, stop charging their card, collect the rest of the money without ANY services rendered." That's funny...because this company pulled the EXACT same scam with me as well. They, also, came to my door, came out twice, and never called or came out again!! Took me also to collections (which has been several years now) and they call my mother's house on a daily basis!! This company is a complete joke. DO NOT waste your time and money with these people.
I signed up with these guys when they came knocking at my door - bugs went away, but within 2 months they decided to stop charging my credit card and then had the nerve to send me to collections. I called and explained that they should just keep charging my credit card $40 a month like I agreed to, and was met with very rude and beligerant "customer service" from the manager. They wanted to collect the rest of the 12-month contract at once, wouldn't do any more pest control service, and tried putting it on my credit report. ... read more
