Absolute scammers. Made some appointment for my elderly mother, who needs some skin cancers removed. The days and times all confirmed over the phone. (It's a few hours drive away for my mum, so we are quite specific about dates.) Then they text her a confirmation msg with the wrong date, and my mum replied yes without noticing. When she then didn't show for that appointment they spent half a day calling her and harassing her for immediate payment, telling her the text messages are legally binding, they will not book another ... read more

I went to this dermatologist clinic 3 years ago, for checkups to see if the Accutane my gp prescribed me had any effects. It's the worst money you can spend on. Drive up from Busselton to Bunbury, have a 3-5minute checkup MAX. Been told just to keep taking Accutane and left with a $230 bill. Provided me absolutely no value and still makes me furious when i rethink about the 3-4 times i went with my mum to this clinic. This experience makes me very skeptical about seeing a dermatologist, my GP provided better value.
