the best dentist!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Marks for over 10 years and there is no one I trust more with my teeth. I moved out of NYC and still come in for his skills. He’s funny and entertaining which softens the whole experience. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever worked with.
I've been going a few years but as of recently I am dropping this down to 1 star, love dr charles marks, dislike the new staff. Word of mouth DR charles no longer owns the clinic. HORRIBLE / UNPROFESSIONAL, the manager needs to be hired at wendys/mcdonalds with her skills. As much as I would prefer to continue going I will be finding another place to avoid being disappointed from apt scheduling to billing. Go somewhere else UNLESS dr charles marks is in charge of hiring process.

Super professional. Zero waiting time. Very competent and very kind doctor. Definitely positive experience. I and my family will surely keep coming here.
