The staff is always accommodating. Dr. Charles M. Marks is wonderful. I always leave with a smile.
Friendly , professional and reasonable
I have been a patient of Dr. Marks for about 8 years. I feel that I am getting the best possible care for my teeth. I did Invisalign with him and am very happy with the result.
I called and inquire if they are accepted my insurance which I have coverage for dentists and periodontist. I was given an appointment and later the forms was sent . As I am filling the forms I have to consent to over billed payment and a lot of check marks for additional payments before the forms can be submitted. I called to inquire why I have consented to payment when you are accepting my insurance. The receptionist give all the wrong reasons. This is a rip off .
I’ve waited to write this review because I wanted to be a patient for a while before sharing my thoughts—and now, after several visits, I can confidently say this is the best dental experience I’ve had since my childhood family dentist.
