Dr. Herry is a good Doc. I applaud his patience with the elderly. He listens and gives them time to bond as they rely on his every word. I have been a patient for over 25 years. He has been thorough and provided preventive care. He has made some top referrals for me. I also like that he listens and will give options for those desiring not to immediately accept medications. Dr. Herry and his Staff are the best! After over 25yrs with the Preventive Care Network, I am confident that I've received some of the best care available and I am grateful for having been referred to him so many years ago. He listens and follows through with treatment that both he and the patient agree on and is very thorough in his evaluations.
I have had great service at Prevent Care. The doctors there saved my life and I am forever grateful to them.
As I sit here over an hour past my scheduled appointment in an empty waiting room my discontent for waiting over an hour plus arriving 15 minutes early as instructed cries poor service with this medical practice and Dr. Herry. I read the reviews from months ago with the same issue but wanted to give it a chance and to see Dr. Herry since he came highly recommended. As I sit here in the waiting area 1 hour past my schedule appointment, I can’t help but to be disappointed! I inquired with the receptionist about my appointment. Her response “just because you have an appointment, doesn’t guarantee that you will be seen at that time.” ITS AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT!!!! I will be finding a new PCP!
