These people are ridiculous. First they told me up to 10 days for results. So after not hearing anything I call since they were supposed to let you know. Come to find out it was returned 2 days but they had did the wrong test. They don't like to answer phone but just keep calling. That's made her MAD but this was after waiting 10 days for a wrong that resulted in 2 day. I don't care how upset she was tbh. Even though they did the wrong test they made sure to bill twice. They are all a joke at this place Except the ONE LADY I spoke to walking in the building. My significant other has had a refund for over $400 that they still have not refunded over a month now and they have told me I can’t come back there or call there anymore to ask questions because I said that they’re rude and none of them are helping me and they’re mad because the lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, and I made that known when I walked out of there. No one ever answers the phone when you call, then you drive all the way there and they are closed. They are suppose to be open till 5pm and you are there before 430p, leaving work early to ensure that you are there on time. If a business can not be open when they say they are they are wasting peoples time and taking them away from their job and ability to make a living. I was forced to go through a drug assessment program for infrequent off campus marijuana use mandated by my school (a private catholic school of course) at P.A.T.S. and wow was it a waste of money. This programs mind set is drug use automatically equals drug abuse which is exactly how they treated my case. It's quite sad that in 2015, people and "professional" businesses still consider cannabis a dangerous drug. I needed an alcohol assessment to get my license reinstated. I chose to go to PATS. This was in 2012. They originally did a great job. I returned in 2013 for another assessment. My lawyer reviews the assessments for accuracy, dates, and details. She is amazing and overly thorough to a fault actually. Following some hiccups and corrections they needed to make because of errors and mistakes THEY made on the assessment and drug screen we were able to compile a correct assessment.
