I'll be honest: I've had a lot of trouble with my system since I had it activated. Part of the problem was the builder put the panel right next to the electrical panel so it was constantly interfering with the signals. That was NOT Preventia's fault but they upgraded and moved the panel to a far better location. Then I've had a lot of problems with the combination CO2/smoke detector running they batteries every 6 months or so. They replaced the combination detector just before Christmas 2021 and 2 days ago, I got the low bat... read more
