I will not say anything other than I will be presenting a petition to the state fire marshal to stop them from selling bad equipment putting people in danger and costing them fines
Anthony called prior to arriving and showed up right on time smiling. He was knowledgable of Preventia’s products, answered all my questions and was not afraid to ask someone if he did not know. We hope he is available if we need Preventia’s help again.
what a nightmare 2 years later still does not work, fire department said they will be charging us every time they come out because of all the false alarms cameras dont work and this is a 10,000-dollar system my google revenues and testimony from the volunteer fire department and the Gold Star mother of America who paid for it will begin soon written by Ken Knabenshue founder of Working Dogs For Vets

When our smoke alarm went off due to smoke. I’m if from the fireplace we informed the dispatcher that all was ok. Then I spent 2 hours trying to speak to a technician to get help shutting off the alarms. A day later and another 2 hour on phone with the promise of a call back and no help. We had to disconnect each detector to get them to stop. They use a third party call center which could not even find our account. I can’t imagine doing business with them in the future.
