Don’t have enough kind words to say about the staff! Always so kind and take care of my dogs very well. They are understanding of all situations and make sure they don’t put any unnecessary stress on my dogs during their visit. Very very clean, staff is very loving and pricing is very reasonable. Thank you to everyone at preventative pet health for taking such great care of my babies!!!

Today my SIL came here to make a very hard decision, she was judged, dismissed, and mistreated. Her elderly child Skittles (furbaby) was suffering, she had missing teeth, severe dental disease, infections, and clear signs of pain. These people would not listen at all. They just wanted to prolong her suffering, which isn't fair for Skittles. Then had a security person tell us to leave because she was crying and upset? She wasn't yelling. Today was one of the hardest days of my life. I brought my elderly dog (Skittles), who has severe dental disease, infection, and clear signs of pain, because I was trying to make the most humane decision I could for her quality of life. Instead of being treated with compassion, I was judged, dismissed, and ultimately removed from the office. I just wanted to say your facility has been the best to me & my boy McGee Not only the card that teared me up out of thoughtfulness, but the entire process of helping him cross the rainbow bridge. You guys offered so much kindness taking your time giving me my last moments with him and allowing me to hold him through it all when I was ready. I never felt rushed & could feel the love from the vet & tech & their love for animals was exhibited the entire time & I am extremely grateful for your staff🫶
