thank you for giving me the tools to heal my son! watching him become more lively during the days of administering his medicine made me genuinely want to cry. only thing is please when you are listing off treatment say the price of each medication/shot/etc after and slow down when listing.

I was a loyal 5-year patron and lover of PPHoM, until today. The customer service has degraded over time. It's tragic because they offered such compassion and positive vibes when they first opened. So many of the office staff are rude and disrespectful now, and lack basic customer service and people skills. I’m very upset with their extra fees….. on top of the actual service, $15 office visit $5 Technician fee $5 hazard waste ( 1 needle) $5 for prepaying online because I paid before appointment. This used to be a place I felt was affordable and had transparency but now they’ll start charging for breathing in their offices.
After reading recent reviews, I was surprised at the negative experiences some people had at this facility. My experience was the total opposite. My daughter and I had to make the very difficult decision to have our elderly dog put down, after he experienced several episodes of falling over on his side and could no longer walk. We called PPH and they got us in that day. We were taken to a room, where a vet tech and doctor examined Kobe. A mutual decision was made that Kobe's quality of life was over.
